More fish means more feed, current feed barges typically offer a capacities of up to 400 tonnes, featuring four to six feed lines. Therefore producers are looking to increase the number of feed barges they operate at huge cost. The more cost effective alternative is to upgrade existing barges to a higher feed capacity, low space solution. However, traditional blower systems are too large, too noisy and too inefficient to meet these new demands
