We’re dedicated to continually improving the service we offer our customer, that’s why we have recently completed a large investment in our facility in Schopfheim.
The improvements have seen an expansion of the manufacturing facility to over 14,000m2, including new stores, product engineering and logistics space. The improved facility is home to over 250 employees dedicated to the design, manufacture, assembly and delivery of Elmo Rietschle’s world class solutions.
The investment has also seen an update to the logistics centre, utilising modernised digital systems to improve efficiency and delivery times.
Our new 350m2 Repair Shop also provides dedicated ongoing support for our equipment in the field. This demonstrates our commitment to quality, offering long-term solutions that provide ongoing value throughout their extensive operating life. 13 expert engineers with over 280 years’ experience, based in Germany, are part of our network of over 50 service facilities worldwide, utilising genuine parts and spares to provide planned and preventive maintenance.
