DECREASE RUNNING COSTS; our high-quality carbon vanes are designed to work efficiently, reducing wear rate, producing less carbon dust resulting in a less filter and oil change requirement.
REDUCED PUMP RUNNING TEMPERATURES; Low friction forces of our genuine vanes are proven to reduce temperatures inside the vacuum chamber. This can reduce pump running temperatures by 10°-20°С when compared to non-original vanes. Keeping the temperature within the original operating parameters increases the overall life of other internal components such as the stator and rotor bearing. This also reduces the ambient temperature of the pump, which can be critical in some temperature sensitive manufacturing processes.
