Drying of electronic components

Electronic components such as printed circuit boards are dried and cleaned with compressed air.

Pick Place and Assembling

Boards are assembled with electronic components, e.g. transistors, drags etc. Catch, place and drop off is done by vacuum supported pipettes.
For this process, Elmo Rietschle vacuum pumps from the L-Series and G-Series are perfect. Pre-engineered package systems are also available.
