X-VSI System Overview

X-VSI Dry Screw Vacuum System incorporating the Elmo Rietschle S-VSI Screw Vacuum Pumps providing:

  • Low energy consumption due to the highly efficient variable pitch screw technology and IE4 motor.
  • Zero water consumption as the pumps are equipped with an air/water recirculation cooling system.
  • Temperature and pressure monitoring of the integrated cooling water circuit for maximum process reliability.
  • Outstanding Heavy Duty application tolerances - XD version with ProCoat coating of the wetted parts for superior corrosion resistance.
  • Variable speed drive (VSD) allows precise set-point pressure control for optimum adaptation to the process.
