How can we help you?
Our vacuum pump oil is designed for Elmo Rietschle machines but can be used on a number of other manufacturers equipment. Exhaustive testing programmes have been developed solely to create a superior product that you can have complete confidence in. They deliver levels of performance that meet or exceed any published standards so that we can truly say:
"ELMO RIETSCHLE LUBRICANTS ARE YOUR LIQUID ASSETS"
Not every vacuum pump has the same reaction towards lubricants. The temptation to source cheaper alternative vacuum pump oil can often lead to the wrong buying decision being made. The negative impacts of low quality lubricant are often not considered, resulting in poor performance, increased energy consumption and equipment damage. A costly mistake which often far outweighs the initial cost savings.
- Higher equipment availability
- Reduced lifetime cost of ownership
- Reduce Maintenance Cost
- Extended oil life
- Reduced lubricant consumption
- Maintain energy efficiency and overall machine performance
- Maintain operating safety
- Help protect the environment
- Breakdown of the lubricant and its ability to protect the pumps critical components i.e. bearings
- Oxidation / varnishing
- Increased energy consumption
- Higher risk of catastrophic equipment failure
- Increased condensation
- Swelling or cracking of air system seals / seal material
- Lost production time whilst expensive repairs are carried out
Vacuum pump oil and lubricants provide four basic needs to your equipment, these are:
